Terms of Service
You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
My work is for personal or private use only. Unless we discuss commercial purposes or profit in the order.
You are not allowed to claim my artwork as your own, you must credit me if you do post it.
I do not allow my artwork to be trained by AI generators or any program that is used to do so. I do not allow NFT's, regardless if the art is completed I do not allow it.
Payment & Process
Full payment will be sent beforehand, via Paypal invoice.
You are expected to email me or DM me on Twitter for any questions regarding your inquiry.
If your character is extremly detailed, I will charge a fee according to the complexity provided. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request before the transaction is complete.
I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions.
Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated.
Paypal Disclaimer
Please note that all of my sales are considered "Digital Goods" and it is the Artwork's "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
Nothing is ever intended by either myself or the Client, to be physically shipped.
Refunds
I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the piece.
If I cancel the piece, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%
Chargebacks
You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a piece will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
Revisions and Feedback Stage
My process comes in four stages, I will give you the updates in the following ways.
First update is the sketch, where you can give me feedback if you don't like a pose or certain detail it can be changed.
The second update is me notifying you that I have started on the lineart. Changes can still be made at this update.
The third update is the base coloring process, if you don't like certain colors you will be able to request different ones.
The fourth and final update is the final revision, if everything is up to par and up to your standards I will send you the final file via email.
